Are you an experienced and engaging Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment? We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy professional, ideally with startup or tech experience, to handle a broad range of administrative duties in our growing team. As we expand, so do our needs! Your role will encompass everything from conference planning and logistics to executive support, all within a dynamic, remote-working context. This is a fantastic opportunity for development and growth in an adaptable, collaborative setting.
Work Mode: Initially remote, transitioning to a hybrid setup with a requirement to be on-site two days per week in San Francisco or New York. We currently utilize shared office spaces part-time.
Regional Requirement: Applicants must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or the NYC Metro Area.

What You Will Do:
Report to the Human Resources Manager/Assistant to the CEO.
Manage administrative tasks and projects across HR and general administration.
Handle conference planning, including scheduling, logistics, and coordination with event organizers.
Support the executive team with travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and daily task management.
Lead the organization of company-wide offsites and handle logistics for team travel.
Maintain and update project management tools and HR systems.
Organize virtual company events and manage company equipment and apparel.
Provide responsive support to daily priorities and immediate needs.
