Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Administrative Assistant to join our team at Capital One Financial in San Diego, California. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Provide general administrative support to various departments within the company- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and maintaining office supplies- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment- Decision-making and problem-solving abilities- Team player with a cooperative attitude
