As the Development Administrative Assistant, this role ensures that Adelante Mujeres continues its organization growth not just in Oregon but beyond. As the superuser of our donor database, you will also provide administrative support to the Development team, along with creating strong relationships with staff and community partners leaving a lasting impact. The Development Administrative Assistant reports to the Director of Development.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records in the organization's CRM database (Salesforce). Example: data entry of pledges and contributions from individuals, foundation, corporate, donor-advised funds, government, etc. Provide donor acknowledgement letters and tax receipts. Support fundraising events using event donor management software (e.g., Greater Giving CRM). Build strong and lasting relationships with current & potential major donors with the Funder Cultivation Team through: Updating donor profiles. Attending major donor meetings for administrative and logistical support. Communicating with donors via personalized thank you letters. Oversee the Development inbox and ensure inquiries are responded to in a timely manner. QUALIFICATIONS: We recognize that there are multiple expressions of professional readiness. A passionate commitment to the goals and mission of Adelante Mujeres and support for immigrant and BIPOC communities. Minimum 2 years professional experience in non-profit development, database management, proposal development, or relevant areas. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Bilingual-Bicultural in Spanish & English. Ability to learn and work with the following software and applications: Microsoft 365, Trello, and Salesforce. Committed to education, social justice, women's empowerment and the environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Highly organized and detail oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively within deadline-driven environment and be flexible to the changing needs of the team and organization. Experience with CRM databases (e.g., Salesforce, Greater Giving). Additional Requirements: COVID-19 vaccine and booster required except for religious or medical accommodation. SALARY & BENEFITS: Salary range: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on qualifications.
