Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a n Administrative Assistant Position type: Fulltime/Contract Location : Plainsboro NJ 08536 (Hybrid Role) Duration : 06 Months (Temp to Perm) As an Administrative Assistant you will: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to provide administrative support to our team. The Administrative Clerk is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including, but not limited to the below. Responsibilities:
- Respond to emails and other correspondence in a timely manner
- Maintain records, email distribution lists, mailing lists, org charts
- Register and escort vendors
- Reconcile expense reports and department corporate spending card (CONCUR and ICE systems)
- Stock and maintain office supplies, snacks, inventory, etc.
- Assist with preparing reports and presentations as needed, including printing and binding
- Assist with large and small meetings, including ordering food and food setup
- Other administrative tasks as assigned Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Proven experience as an administrative clerk or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and work well in a team environment
