Job Description:
WESCO International is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in administrative roles and possess a strong work ethic. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the office management team, handling various administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day office functions.
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the office management team- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory- Coordinate meetings and appointments- Assist with event planning and coordination- Manage office communication, including phone calls and emails- Handle confidential information with discretion- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records- Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in administrative roles- Energetic and hardworking personality- Strong decision-making skills- Ability to effectively manage people- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- High school diploma or equivalent required
