We are looking for someone with a strong aptitude in organization and communication to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a strong interest in learning how to manage the daily operations of an innovative company.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team and s/he will have the opportunity to work and be mentored on the financial side of running a company coupled with the business aspects of sustainability. The candidate will work directly with the company's leadership on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the business Generate content for and update company social media profiles Assist with company's accounting and maintaining company financial records Participate in the preparation and distribution of client invoices Research new market trends with relevant and actionable insight Support the management team on global and local projects Assist with client management and general CRM upkeep Assist in creating reports and various collateral (client presentations, proposals, etc.) Assist in editing documents and drafting proposals Qualifications
You are a self-starter with an inherent entrepreneurial spirit Serious eye for details Comfortable with numbers Outstanding written as well as verbal communication skills Strong project and time management skills Solid analytical skills and familiarity with market research methods Preferred: experience using Quickbooks, the full Microsoft Office Suite, and using website content management systems (ie, WordPress) Bachelor degree in business, economics, marketing, or equivalent required. Masters students/recent graduates are also encouraged to apply. Previous experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or office manager preferred Competency in French will be considered a plus Applicants
