We are looking for an Administrative Assistant - Foundation & Accounting to join our team! This position serves as the primary administrative assistant for the Ebenezer Foundation and Accounting departments. The position coordinates, implements and oversees the process of maintaining and entering all Ebenezer corporate and site contracts into PeopleSoft. This position also reviews OIG exclusion lists monthly to check for any vendors of Ebenezer. Serves as primary back up to Corporate Office Receptionist. Processes Foundation donations and enters gifts into Foundation database, e-Tapestry Processes year-end tax documents (1098s & CRPs.) as directed by accounting team Assists in gathering documentation for annual cost reports such as pulling A/P invoices Enter contract information into Fairview's PeopleSoft Application Verify contract terms for renewal or termination Reviews OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion list on monthly basis Other duties as assigned and directed Required: 0-1 years of previous experience Ability to use technology in the form of computers, hand held devices, cell phone, fax machines MS Office, Excel, and Word – Mid-level experience High level proficiency with Excel Preferred: 1-3 years of previous experience
