In-House Title: "Administrative Assistant"
The Building Materials Administrative Assistant possesses excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills. The Administrative assistant assists the office manager with filing, organizing, ordering, inventory, and provides helpful info.
DIRECT SUPERVISOR: Office Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Knowledge of the store layout, inventory, company policy, etc. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Answers phone calls, and schedules meetings. Communicates low or out of stock materials to the buyer for replenishments. Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, and maintaining equipment. Ability to organize a daily workload by priority. Attends safety meetings as needed. Observes store areas for safety, potential theft and security risks. Perform other duties as assigned. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Superior Customer Service Skills Strong Computer skills (Microsoft suite, POS software) Excellent Communication and Organization Skills EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

High School Diploma/GED ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Since the beginning we have supported local nonprofits, The Our Center, Habitat for Humanity and the Boy/Girl Scouts have been just three of our favorite causes. We celebrated our 30th year in 2014 along with the announcement of our new name Budget Home Supply.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Monday – Friday 6am-6pm
Saturday 7am-5:30pm
STORE HOURS:
Monday – Friday 7am-5pm
Saturday 8am-5pm
