Our partner, a prominent firm specializing in audit, tax, consulting, and wealth management, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their Cleveland, OH office. Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support for practice leaders and their teams. Assist in producing client and firm deliverables such as proposals, presentations, reports, and spreadsheets. Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for partners and staff. Handle reporting tasks and review client invoices using the firm's practice management system. Develop proficiency in firm systems like WYN, LCvista, etc. Arrange conference rooms and necessary equipment for meetings and events. Assist with administrative projects and tasks as needed. Maintain frequent communication with all levels of the organization. Support operational procedures related to cost report submission for the Healthcare practice. Assist with office-level support needs in Cleveland. Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent required; higher education preferred. 5 or more years of experience in an administrative or executive administrative role, preferably in professional services. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client service and confidentiality. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
