Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work On-Site with our Client in Ankeny, IA . Interested?
Here's what you'd do: The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive and professional administrative support to local Management and Staff personnel.  Providing accurate and timely customer support, reconciliation and resolution will be a key function of the Administrative Assistant. Answers Facility phone and processes telephone calls effectively Data entry unique to production plants Point of contract for various administrative and process needs Interacts with staff by answering incoming calls, emails and addressing requests. Coordinates meetings as necessary to the job Uses business software systems to retrieve information ( Pims, SAP, Microsoft & TLIMS) Answers mail and inquiries; follows up with other departments to ensure that requests are carried out. Completes both routine and non-routine daily and weekly assignments. Other admin duties as assigned. Here's what you'll get: Pay: $15.00-$18.00/hr.
Hours: 40hr/week/1 st Shift
Length: Temp to Direct (6 Months)

Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years experience in MS Office Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen. Ability to lift or maneuver supply boxes up to 50 lbs. using handcart.
