Administrative Assistant - HOAMCO (Albuquerque, NM) HOAMCO is experiencing growth and is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. We are looking for an individual who can prioritize daily duties, has strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and can work effectively as part of our team. This role will spend 50% of their shift (4 hours) dedicated to High Desert Community and the remaining 50% of their shift (4 hours) dedicated to assisting managers.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday – In-Person.
Qualifications: HOA Admin experience (Preferred, not required). High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of professional administrative experience. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while handling interruptions. Strong sense of and high standard for customer service. Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written. Ability to learn computer programs to process large-scale mailers for our managers and communities. Attention to detail, particularly in proofreading projects - a core function of this position. Job Duties: Perform administrative tasks as assigned, working both independently and collaboratively with colleagues. Proficient in Microsoft Word-based programs, Excel, and Outlook to complete various administrative projects. Answer phones and assisting walk-in traffic while multitasking with ongoing projects. Provide excellent customer service to both our homeowners and Board of Directors. Demonstrate a creative eye for polished written communications.
