Defines and solves problems by researching facts and developing solutions. May independently answer inquires, complaints, and correspondence for manager. Notes commitments made by manager and organize staff implementation of department objectives. Handles confidential information, and maintains confidentiality of information and/or records. Organizes office operations to increase efficiency and simplify reporting procedures, Three (3) years of work related administrative experience. Associates Degree Strong working knowledge of computers word processing and electronic spreadsheet software and databases. Must be willing to learn other software systems. Remains current with changing technology. Typing proficiency of 50 wpm may be required. Strong knowledge of general office practices standard filing procedures telephone etiquette and standard office equipment.
