Job Description: The Administrative Assistant I will manage the front-desk area Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm and is responsible for performing duties to support daily business functions and operations for Student Transition Programs. The Administrative Assistant I will provide outstanding customer service to the campus community by answering emails, phone calls, and in person inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and two years office administration or project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to multi-task and prioritize. Above average proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to lift 40 lbs.
