Job Description AECOM  is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to be based in Denver, CO.

Job Responsibilities: Provides administrative support to one or more managers within a group, office or business unit including some of or all of the following: prepares or proofs correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, or documents, schedules meetings, completes expense reports, makes travel arrangements, review emails for actions, and/or maintains inventory of office supplies. Prepares and reviews meeting agendas, works with and directs executive schedules and coordinates between leaders within multiple offices for meetings and project reviews. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Uses Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other programs to accomplish work. Works under general supervision.  Qualifications MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High school and +4 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education Preferred Qualifications : Proven experience as an executive assistant The ability to help keep multiple executives on track and productive by helping to maintain order throughout the workday by prioritizing tasks and optimizing their schedules Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Working knowledge of office equipment (such as phones, printers, and scanners) Computer skills including installation of software Document control experience Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS word) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Work experience in consulting industry Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Excel Familiarity with MS PowerPoint software or experience in preparing presentation slides Additional Information Sponsorship is not available for this opportunity Offered rate of compensation (Colorado locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications , experience, and work location.
