Facilities works to provide a safe, clean, sustainable and functional campus environment through the structural maintenance of university buildings, grounds and utilities for the enhancement of the learning environment of the students and the level of human safety and comfort. Building maintenance oversees all maintenance requests, building and equipment maintenance and small projects on campus to ensure a functional and safe environment.

 
This position exists to support the mission of the University through clerical processes, filing systems, and database data entry associated with scheduling, monitoring, and closing out all work orders, purchasing, personnel files, employee time sheets, and vehicle fleet management. The position will communicate with Facilities management staff, campus departments, contractors, and other campus stakeholders to ensure that students, employees, and community members are able to live, learn, and work sustainably at CSU Pueblo. This position will be the primary point of contact for all work order related inquiries. This position will also ensure that time sheets of all staff including temporary employees are completed and turned in on time. This position will report to the Facilities Office Manager, Physical Plant Operations.
Administrative Assistant class series description available online   Primary Duties: Work Order Management This position will be responsible for creating work orders as requests come in, either via phone, email, or through the work order request system. This position will assign and schedule the work order to the appropriate crew(s). The position will also ensure that emergent work orders and campus needs are communicated effectively and efficiently to the appropriate supervisor to complete the work. Data Entry into Kuali This position will support Facilities Management staff by ensuring data is entered timely and accurately into Kuali Financial System. This includes deposits, receipts, requisitions, and purchase orders. The position will work closely with the Office Management in Facilities as well as the Purchasing Department and Business Financial Services. Time Sheet Management This position will manage all Facilities Management time sheets to ensure accuracy and that all time sheets are turned in on time. This position will work with all Facilities Management Supervisors to verify the accuracy of all time sheets, including for temporary employees and work studies. The position will also work with Human Resources, as needed to ensure all types of leave, comp time, and overtime are documented correctly. Assist Budget Analyst  This position will assist with all Facilities Management regarding financial data collection by gathering and organizing various sources such as reports and financial systems.  Also assist in creating files and filing all invoices, receipts and requisitions to maintain Facilities records retention compliance. Assist other Facilities Staff This position will assist all other Physical Plant and Facilities Administrative staff as needed to include other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor. Salary Range:
$3160.00 - $4425.00 monthly
