Your Impact:
Administrative Excellence: Seamlessly manage department operations and faculty support, including but not limited to scheduling, document management, correspondence, and coordination of departmental activities.
Research and Grant Facilitation: Assist in maintaining essential documentation, bibliographic libraries, and support in the compilation and organization of grant-related materials.
Financial Oversight: Take charge of tracking, reconciling, and managing financial aspects, including expenditures, invoice processing, and procurement, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.
Event and Travel Coordination: Expertly arrange travel, manage schedules, and support event logistics, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with institutional guidelines.
Effective Communication: Foster positive relationships across the board, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism, while ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.

Qualifications:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent, coupled with at least four years of relevant administrative/secretarial experience.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree and/or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, experience with manuscript and grant proposal preparation is highly advantageous.
Skills Assessment: Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment skills test as administered by Human Resources.
Additional Details:
Salary Range: USD 39,000 - 59,000, commensurate with experience. This role is non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Days, with a hybrid onsite/remote work arrangement.
