Job summary
Administrative and Outreach CoordinatorSupporting agency Case Managers through various programs and servicesProviding administrative assistance and coordination to support programs and agency needs
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Answers incoming phone calls and greets visitors in a polite and professional manner• Identifies the purpose of call and/or visit, accurately taking messages, connecting with program case managers, and assists in coordinating services and appointment scheduling• Documents all contacts and services in client case files and maintains case note logs• Tracks client progress and provides follow-up assistance throughout service delivery• Acquires, retains and coordinates volunteers for volunteer services as needed for agency programs• Outreach coordination, basic needs center supervision, volunteer coordinator, and various duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred• Candidate must be bilingual (English/Arabic) with strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, as well as proficient in computer skills• Ability to effectively interact with individuals from diverse cultures and ethnicities• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Key Skills Needed
• Strong organizational and time management skills• Case management follow-up skills
