Acute Care Registered Nurse

As an Acute Care Registered Nurse, you will be part of our interdisciplinary team, working in collaboration with physicians to deliver high-quality care to patients. You will utilize your nursing care process and provide a culturally competent continuum of care in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients, creating a plan of care, implementing interventions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the interventions. You will also oversee the coordination of the interdisciplinary plan of care and ensure its consistency with the medical treatment plan. In addition to patient care, you may be required to perform limited laboratory services, including specimen collection, processing samples, and reporting test results. You will actively support performance improvement initiatives and provide leadership to other members of the patient care team.
