The Activations Agent will communicate with customers about vacation packagesVerify customer qualifications and upsell additional packagesNight shift position, Monday-Friday from 4 pm - 9 pm

Responsibilities
• Assist customers through inbound and outbound calls for package activations• Verify customers' qualifications and upsell additional ticket packages• Ensure accurate record keeping of interactions and transactions• Track and report daily transaction data• High school diploma or equivalent• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Basic computer skills with a willingness to learn new software• Previous experience in a call center or sales environment desired• Focus on ticket or vacation sales
