Johnson & Johnson is recruiting Acquisitions & Divestitures (A&D) Deal Program Manager to be located in New Brunswick, NJ.Manage, coordinate, and complete Acquisitions & Divestitures programs for Johnson and Johnson Technology.Partner and collaborate with enterprise IT groups and other business functions.

Responsibilities
• Define the JJT transition strategy and collect program plans for assigned A&D program.• Track and monitor projects within the program, identify interdependencies and issues, and assist in priorities and escalations.• Provide program progress updates to JJT and business leadership and be the single source of truth for program status.• Prepare, review, and present change requests, funding/resource needs, or issues requiring decisions.• Handle program financials including contingency funds and lead change management and communications efforts.• Assist in the creation of Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) and collaborate with the Buyer or Seller.• Develop IT strategies to improve A&D execution and use recommended standard methodologies.• Assist in improving portions of JJT A&D playbook and other tools.• Ensure playbook consistency and use of recommended standard methodologies.
Requirements
• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree.• 5 years of A&D experience in leading large complex programs.• At least 3 years of IT experience with business acquisitions or divestitures and integration activities.• Proficiency with project management practices, tools, and methodologies.• Strong data analytical skills with experience in Excel modeling, Smartsheet, PowerBI/Tableau reporting.• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Experience/knowledge of cultures across the globe.• Ability to work under stress and strict timelines.• Models Credo Values - demonstrates strong values, ethics, and communication skills.• Good interpersonal and communication skills.• Demonstrable ability to assemble, prioritize, and present large amounts of data concisely.• Multi-function experience; understands business processes and their impact on project dependencies.
