Accounts Receivable - Work From Home

Job Description:

Enterprise Products Partners is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable professional. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows for remote work from home. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts receivable process for the company.

Responsibilities:- Process customer invoices and apply payments accurately and promptly- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payment- Prepare and send out monthly statements to customers- Assist with the month-end closing process- Work closely with the sales team to resolve any billing issues- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with customers

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field- 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or related role- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills- Ability to effectively manage relationships with customers- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
