This is a full-time non-exempt position with regular work hours being Mon-Fri from 8am to 5pm. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Billing & Invoicing Collection of past invoices Accounts Payable Statements Data Entry Answering Calls (as needed) Assisting with other accounting/purchasing duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Good understanding of GAAP Strong PC skills utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook software Excellent verbal and written communication skills A self-starter with a strong desire to learn Strong organizational and time management skills Minimum Qualifications A good understanding of basic accounting principles Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook Solid math skills Experience with Timberline/Sage 300 is a plus but not required Experience Solid Accounting Experience of at least one year (Construction accounting a plus) Location 900 North Redwood Rd.
