Responsibilities:
* -Review and post factory invoices to the general ledger* -Reconcile AR accounts* -Create and post adjusting journal entries* -Maintain and distribute AR accounting schedules* -Research and post returned checks and credit card chargebacks* -Prepare accounting schedules for month-end close* -Interact with management personnel for fixed operations* -Process refund checks for fixed operations* -Uphold strong intercompany relationships for fixed operations activities
Requirements:
* -High school diploma* -Genuine desire to serve* -Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products* -Experience in accounts receivable* -Organization and attention to detail* -Ability to work independently* -Strong attention to processes and systems* -CDK software experience preferred
