Accounts Receivable Representative - Hybrid position.Accountable for timely and accurate processing of incoming mail in multiple environments.Works with hospital billing, physician billing, and back office for post acute services.

Responsibilities
• Process incoming mail (payments and correspondence) in Epic and MEDITECH environments.• Handle patient payments and correspondence for 50 hospitals and over 4,000 clinics.• Ensure timely and accurate processing of high volume, high dollar check payments.• Work with multiple states (AK, CA, OR, WA/MT, Texas, and New Mexico).
Requirements
• 2 years experience in a 'lockbox' or payment processing environment.• Experience with Document Management Systems, high-volume scanning equipment, and mail processing equipment.• Experience with high volume, high dollar check processing in a multi-facility/multi-bank environment.• Coursework/Training in Business/Finance preferred.• 1 year experience working in a multi-facility integrated healthcare system.
