Responsibilities
• Handling a high volume of outbound and incoming calls, emails, and chat requests• Answering questions about laser hair removal, billing, and customer service• Assisting prospective clients in booking consultations• Communicating with in-house payment plan clients to obtain payments• Building relationships with existing clients• Utilizing strategic outreach to collect payments• Assisting clients with updating payment information• Monitoring and responding to payment inquiries• Tracking contact and following up on client accounts• Communicating relevant client account information to clinics• Assisting with collections and additional project-based responsibilities• Utilizing Salesforce reporting to update client accounts
Requirements
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalency• Bachelor's degree preferred• Strong teamwork mentality• Exceptional communication skills• Intermediate computer skills• Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently• Ability to maintain highly confidential information
