Accounts Receivable Coordinator

The Pictsweet Company is growing! We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our accounting team at the Pictsweet corporate headquarters in Bells, TN. This position coordinates clerical procedures for the Accounting Department and assists the accounting supervisor with customer credit resolutions.
Assist Accounting Supervisor in the resolution of all customer invoice deductions. Coordinate, scan, and file new deductions into Laserfiche. Process rent, utility, Amoco, PFFD and miscellaneous monies; prepare appropriate deposits. Clear direct write-offs from mainframe daily. Routinely maintain files for open deductions, deposits, Laserfiche & email. Prepare and key manual invoices as needed. Prepare ME Brokerage Statements and Payments. Assist Accounting Supervisor in the ME close process as needed. Provide Switchboard relief according to rotation schedule. Two (2) years of credit/accounting experience  Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Excel and document management software.  The Pictsweet Company is an equal opportunity employer.
