Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job summary
Performs day-to-day operations of Accounts ReceivableEnsures delivery of excellent customer serviceResponsible for semi-monthly accounts receivable activities

Responsibilities
• Review accounts receivable aging and make necessary changes• Process customer credit holds/releases• Initiate collection calls on past due items• Resolve customer billing issues• Make credit approval decisions for new and existing customers• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal team• Process customer payments• Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism• Identify and implement processes to reduce invoice discrepancies• Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
• High School Diploma (Required), Associate's degree in accounting or finance preferred• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable/Collections experience preferred• Previous Accounting experience• Good decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Strong interpersonal skills• Basic PC Skills and previous experience using Excel
