Accounts Payable - Work From Home

Job Description:

Estee Lauder is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Specialist, working from home in San Jose, California. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments- Reconcile accounts payable transactions- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date- Maintain accurate records and documentation- Assist with month-end closing procedures- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies- Provide support for audits as needed

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- 1+ year of experience in accounts payable or related field- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent organizational skills- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Strong communication skills- Adaptable and confident personality traits- Soft skills in innovation and strategic planning
