Responsibilities
• Accurately process accounts payable for multiple companies, including entering and coding invoices• Process ACH/wire, check, and online payments• Work collaboratively with internal departments and vendors to investigate and resolve payment related issues• Manage the company credit card program, including issuing new cards, setting new cardholders up in Concur system, and ensuring cardholders have reconciled their card monthly• Reconciliation of vendor statements• Manage the mail daily• Assist in developing, implementing, and improving policies and department controls• Assist in month-end closing activities, including assisting with the monthly accounts payable accrual• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required• 3+ years experience with Accounts Payable, preferably at a high growth organization• Experience working within Microsoft Excel• Excellent customer service skills• Experience in Microsoft GP Dynamics preferred• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize• Demonstrate teamwork and effective work relationships with others
