Accounts Payable Manager

Join our dynamic team at a leading group of privately owned and integrated companies that provide contract demolition, environmental, and site development services. We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee all aspects of accounts payable functions at our Greensboro Corporate Office. This role is integral to our financial operations and requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills. Responsibilities Manage accounts payable using accounting software and other programs Handle accounts payable for separate/multiple entities and vendors Analyze workflow processes to enhance efficiency Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing third-party vendors Review and select appropriate vendors for payment Issue accurate and timely payments Collaborate with Assistant Controller and Treasury Manager on management decisions Work closely with Division Managers and Administrative team to process invoices Monitor intercompany invoices and select appropriate invoices for payment Process payments with a purchase card to select vendors and reconcile the account Address and resolve issues/concerns with vendors over payment issues and invoice queries Supervise a team of four or more full-time employees Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and organization skills Proven ability to manage a team and build team skills Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex projects Ability to quickly adapt to changes in strategy and make decisions in a high-paced environment Strong problem-solving, documentation, research, resolution, data analysis, and multi-tasking skills Ability to create and inspire trust and openness amongst colleagues and clients Capable of rapidly building strong, effective, and trusted relationships and networks Benefits Full benefits package, including paid vacation and holidays 401K with company matching Flexible spending program Health and dental coverage We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer
