Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Icahn Enterprises is seeking a reliable and passionate Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in San Diego, California. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process and ensuring that all invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:- Process accounts payable invoices and payments- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries- Assist with month-end close processes- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions- Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field- Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software- Presentation skills and creativity are a plus
