Accounts Payable

Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven individual to join our team at Broadcom as an Accounts Payable Associate in Fort Worth, Texas. As part of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all accounts payable activities to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices.

Responsibilities:- Process and code invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and completeness- Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies- Communicate with vendors to address payment inquiries and resolve issues- Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting- Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline accounts payable processes- Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
