Accounts Payable

Job Description:

As an Accounts Payable at Amphenol in Charlotte, North Carolina, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable functions, including processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and preparing payments. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required, making it the perfect opportunity for someone looking to start their career in finance.

Responsibilities:- Process invoices and expense reports- Reconcile vendor statements and address any discrepancies- Prepare and issue payments to vendors- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions- Assist with month-end close process- Communicate with vendors to resolve any payment issues- Assist with special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed

Requirements:- Hardworking and passionate about finance- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Creativity in problem-solving and finding solutions- Persuasion skills to negotiate with vendors- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
