Accounts Payable

Job Summary Job Description Under general supervision perform accounts payable functions such as; vouchering A/P invoices, track and solve vendor related problems including price/qty discrepancies, weekly audit accuracy of vendor master file changes, prep wire packets, twice weekly ERS processing, apply payments on manual checks/wire payments, rotate processing of weekly check run, TABS allocation and Concur, including confirming coding accuracy. Process monthly Journal Entries. Rotate front desk coverage. Provide audit support.
Education / Qualifications High School degree or equivalent with 3-5 years' AP experience Extensive spreadsheet experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Attention to detail Strong organizational skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize Take direction well from all levels of Management
