• Complete payment runs• Work with IT/bank on resolving issues• Ensure suppliers are paid in accordance with best practices• Handle complex tasks and escalated research issues• Provide high level of customer service, training, and assistance to associates
Requirements
• Associate degree in accounting or 5 years of experience• Experience processing payables in a shared service center or multi-location environment• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounts, invoice coding, and GAAP• Experience in healthcare industry• Advanced computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel• Ability to perform V Lookups and create pivot tables
