Accounts Payable Coordinator

Trisian-Global Consulting LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing all accounts payable transactions, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payments. Must be flexible to work on-site.

Responsibilities: Process accounts payable transactions in an accurate and timely manner Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Prepare and review payments for accuracy and completeness Maintain and update vendor information Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner Manage vendor relationships Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports Experience/Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field At least 5 years of experience in accounts payable Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial systems Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team setting Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Strong attention to detail and accuracy
