The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for reviewing, reconciling, and paying our organization's bills in a timely fashion as well as providing financial and administrative support for the organization. Essential Functions

Performs accounts payable functions including creating purchase orders, invoicing, and reviewing of accounts payable documents. Codes and reconciles credit card statement and processes outgoing credit card and ACH payments in compliance with financial policies and procedure. Manages general ledger entries and reconciles when needed. Prepares and maintains accounting Excel spreadsheets. About You

Required knowledge, skills, education and experience: Knowledge of accounts payable practices and general accounting procedures Proficiency in MS Excel Good working knowledge of relevant accounting software Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent experience Preferred knowledge, Skills, Education, and Experience:
Prior experience with Smartsheets and/or Excel Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM Non-profit/ grant experience
