Candidate will be inputting payables and attaching credit card payments to the accounts, and putting them into a spreadsheet. The candidate must have at least two years QuickBooks online experience. This role will primarily be a reception/accounts payable position. Candidate will be responsible for the front desk in the reception area but there is not a lot of walk in traffic. Will welcome and direct any walk in customers to the appropriate personnel. Additional duties include handle phone calls that come in, data entry, filing and other general office duties. Must have good customer service skills. What's in this for you?
