Accounts Assistant Location Amory, MS : Job Title: Accounts Assistant (Arabic Speaker) We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Accounts Assistant who is fluent in Arabic to join our finance team.
How to Apply: Responsibilities: Financial Data Entry: Accurately record financial transactions into the accounting system. Ensure proper coding and documentation for all entries. Invoicing and Billing: Generate and process client invoices in a timely manner. Coordinate with account managers to address any billing discrepancies. Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies. Monitor and manage petty cash transactions. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Assist in processing vendor invoices and payments. Follow up on outstanding client invoices and facilitate timely collections. Expense Reporting: Review and process employee expense reports. Ensure compliance with company policies. Financial Reporting Support: Assist in the preparation of financial reports as needed. Provide support during audits and financial reviews. Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams in both English and Arabic. Assist in resolving financial queries from various stakeholders. Requirements: Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is a must.
