Responsibilities
• Customer Invoicing• Manage and be responsible for AR email inbox• Run credit card payments• Research and resolve short pays• Collections• Process accounts payable in GP & Spectrum• Process vendor set-ups and account issues• Respond to all internal and external questions regarding vendor payments• Concur• Weekly review, downloads and imports to AP systems• Monthly matching and reconciliation between the credit card charges and Concur transactions• Upload weekly per diems from timekeeping application• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations as directed by Controller
Requirements
• High School diploma• Minimum 2 years experience with administrative, financial, or payables/receivables processes• Proficiency in GP Dynamics• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook• Must be able to work independently and effectively interact with all levels within the company• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail a must• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Must be timely and efficient in order to process time-sensitive accounts
