Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented, numbers-driven person to join our Finance Team as an Accounting Specialist. This is a full-time (32-40 hours per week), on-site position, competitive wages and full benefits.

Requires 5-8 years of experience in a related industry and role; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience Proven experience running full cycle weekly payroll for hourly employees A/R and A/P experience Excellent organizational and time management skills High degree of detail orientation with a natural knack for numbers Proficiency in MS Office Familiarity with general accounting principles Experience in data collection, entry, and reporting with great attention to detail and confidentiality As a member of the PSM team, you will be expected to hold and advance our core values:
