Full job description Job Summary:
Audiology HQ is growing and is currently looking for a skilled and detail oriented part-time Accounting Specialist to join our team. The Accounting Specialist will assist with various accounting tasks to ensure accurate reporting for our hearing clinics based in UT, OR, NM, MT and WA.
Accounting Specialist Description: The successful candidate will have the ability to calculate basic accounting information, determine accuracy of financial figures and data and use reporting tools to record financial information.
Accounting specialist responsibilities: Review clinical inventory counts Coordinate research on discrepancies within clinics Review invoices, match to purchase orders in our point-of-sale system Research, identify and correct price discrepancies with hearing aid manufacturers Prepare accounting reports as requested by management Accounting Specialist Qualifications and Skills: Technically savvy with electronics, computers, systems Proficient with MS Office and other software programs Extensive knowledge of Excel (vlookups and pivot tables) 1yr required Eye for detail: comparing sales orders, inventory and invoice line item details Ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff High School Diploma or equivalent Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 Depending On Experience
Expected Hours: 24 + hours per week
Schedule: M-F
Work Location : In person, Layton, UT
