The Accounting Operations Specialist will be responsible for accounts payable processing, cash posting, cash balancing, A/R invoicing and collections for the Benefit Help Solutions entity. Personal computer knowledge including Excel spreadsheets and word processing. 10-key proficiency of 160 kspm on a computer numeric keypad/calculator and a typing proficiency of 40 wpm Strong understanding of balancing concepts. Strong analytical, problem solving, reconciliation, organizational, and detail orientation skills. Ability to work well under pressure, work with frequent interruptions, and shifting priorities. Maintain confidentiality and project a professional business image. Ability to come into work, on time and daily. Primary Functions : Prepares and processes daily bank deposit for incoming checks for Moda and subsidiary entities. Balances the cash postings to cash deposits. Prepares and completes admin invoices for various subsidiary companies. Prepare and complete miscellaneous invoices for all Moda entities. Accounts Payable processing. Maintains Accounting Operations department filing system. Orders office supplies and maintain inventory. Perform other duties as assigned. Together, we can be more. We can be better.
