Responsibilities
• Manage daily bookkeeping for multiple entities• Prepare and analyze budgets• Manage corporate credit cards and payment of bills• Monthly payment of independent contractors• Develop controls including analytical tools and reports• Complete special tasks, analyses, or projects as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required• Small business experience preferred• Strong knowledge and understanding of bookkeeping and GAAP• Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines• Netsuite experience a plus
