Lead the operations team with the administration of internal controls and audit policies and procedures to ensure compliance Translate accounting strategy into operational goals and objectives and execute against those strategies and standards Lead by example, coach, and mentor your operations team, and ensure team members have opportunities to learn and grow Support the annual plan and projection process for your location, provide insightful reviews of year-over-year changes, and recommend areas of focus to improve operating margins Collaborate with other teams, functions, and data owners across the company to align on process and data issues and ensure required changes to policies or procedures are implemented Execute month-end and year-end tasks promptly Bachelor's or associate degree in accounting or business-related subject 3+ years of accounting experience including previous supervisory experience Inventory control and auditing experience is a plus Hospitality Industry experience preferred Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Expertise in driving continuous improvement and business process management Ability to deliver accurate timely results with minimal supervision
