Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented high achiever to join our team as the Accounting Manager and lead our monthly close and reporting during a period of rapid expansion through acquisitions. As a leader of accountants and bookkeepers local and remote , you will play a pivotal role in en suring a sound borrowing basis , exceptional reporting , and successful integration of acquired companies into our organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive integration plans for acquired companies, including financial systems, processes, and reporting standards. Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements for the parent company and its subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Manage cash flow requirements and forecasting to support acquisition funding and working capital needs. Assess and mitigate financial risks associated with acquisitions, implementing controls and governance mechanisms as needed. Collaborate with tax advisors to optimize tax structures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Communicate financial performance and insights to internal stakeholders, including senior management, board members, and investors. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, efficiency, and effectiveness. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in financial management , applying innovative strategies to support company growth. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred. 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting roles, ex ecution of at least one acquisition a huge plus . Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting , and control standards. Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive results and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
