Requirements:
BS in Accounting or Finance / 4+ Years of Accounting Experience / Construction ERP Software (Preferred)
What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for reviewing, recommending changes, and enforcing all accounting policies
- Supervising and, as needed, reviewing work of A/R, A/P and Payroll teams
- Completing and ensuring accuracy for: annual reporting sent to the parent company, leading the year-end, union, and customer audits, preparing quarterly
- Report directly to the VP/GM
- Preparing monthly WIP schedules and reviewing them with Project Managers and VP/GM
- Processing intercompany cost from parent company and other subsidiaries
- analyzing the adequacy of the company's Workmen's Comp reserves and adjust monthly as needed
What You Need for this Position
- BS in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ Years of Accounting Experience
- Construction ERP Software (Preferred)
