Accounting Manager-Construction

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager. The Accounting Manager will play a crucial role in supporting various accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end close, and financial reporting. Additionally, this position will oversee one staff member in payroll management.
Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payments and collections. Coordinate month-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Supervise payroll operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and accuracy in processing. Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to enhance internal controls and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial analysis and decision-making. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 7+ years of experience in accounting roles, with 3+ years in a managerial capacity. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Experience in the construction industry a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. IND123
