The Accounting & Financial Reporting intern will be responsible for activities, potentially including but not limited to the following:
Support the financial accounting and reporting process, including the preparation of Corporate Accounting activities Account reconciliations Internal reporting Consolidated financial statements Quarterly disclosures as required by U.S. GAAP Quarterly reporting package as required by our private equity owners in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards Assistance with the annual insurance renewal process Assist with month-end close tasks, such as preparing journal entries, reviewing roll forwards, and reviewing trial balances Collaborate with Accounting Team on improvement projects Assist with drafting/revisions of Accounting Policies Assist with the preparation of technical whitepapers
Education Level: Current college student or graduate pursuing Bachelors or Masters degree; at or above Junior year preferred
