Come join Bridgeway! The Accounting Clerk under the supervision of the HUD Accountant, ensure timely and accurate filing; post tenant rent, cable, security deposit and pet deposit payments; and process Affirmative Employment monthly billing. Prepares monthly reports and statements. Post consumer rent, cable, security deposit and pet deposit checks as received.
Retrieves, open and sort mail. Prepare all deposits for Macomb office.
Completes bank reconciliations for all HUD bank accounts.
Prepares monthly janitorial invoices.
Processes work center invoices for shredding, URSA and Data Entry.
High school diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
